The Dare to Care Food Bank runs solely on donations from the community and provincial grants.

We are equipped for non-perishable as we are able to accept monetary donations.

Any individual who is in need of the Food Bank can come directly to the Food Bank and fill out an application form. All individuals who are applying for food must supply us with their health card every time they come for a food hamper as well as proof of their address twice a year.

Our local school partners with us to organize two local can drive campaigns through the year and without their support we would not be able to stock the shelves year round.

The Dare to Care Food Bank can be accessed

Monday - Friday, from 9:00 am - 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm.
